Structural principle
The instrument consists of a measuring system (including joints, bellows boxes, etc.), a transmission mechanism (including a pull rod mechanism, a gear transmission mechanism), indicator components (including pointers and dials), and a housing (including a case, lining ring, and glass). The working principle of the instrument is based on the elastic deformation of the free end of the bellows box under the action of the measured medium, which is then transmitted and amplified by the gear transmission mechanism. The measured value is gradually indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear shaft. The structure is equipped with an over protection device to prevent the deformation of the bellows box due to overload. There is also a zero adjustment device, which can easily adjust the zero position.
